1. About the service
Anuo provides a personal calendar and task assistant service delivered via LINE. The service is currently in beta, intended for collecting feedback to improve service quality.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using Anuo, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the service.
3. Beta service — free
During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. After the production launch, the planned pricing is NT$99 per month, with a 14-day free trial. Pricing and payment terms will be announced separately at production launch.
4. Service availability disclaimer
The service is provided "as-is", with no Service Level Agreement (SLA) during the beta period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
5. User responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Not use the service for any unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
- Take full responsibility for the content you input into or generate through the service.
- Only connect Google accounts that belong to you, or for which you have explicit authorization to act.
6. Termination and account deletion
- You may unfollow the Anuo LINE Official Account at any time, or email us to request account deletion.
- Upon receipt of a deletion request, we will complete the deletion within 7 business days and confirm by email.
- If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account.
- After termination, your personal data will be deleted within the timelines stated in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Anuo service itself, its source code, brand, and trademarks belong to the Anuo team. The right granted to you to use the service is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.
For content you input into or generate via the service (such as messages, calendar event descriptions), you retain full copyright; you grant us only the minimum processing rights necessary to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The service is a beta version and may contain errors, instability, or inaccurate responses. Do not treat the service's responses as the sole basis for any decision.
- To the maximum extent permitted under Republic of China law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to disruptions of third-party services such as LINE, Google, Anthropic, or Supabase.
9. Changes to these terms
This is a v1 beta-scope Terms of Service. It will be revised following formal legal review before the paid-tier launch. We will notify you of material changes via LINE message or via this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under and governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought before the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
